Hey, I’m Sinead, powerlifter, strength coach, mum, and a woman who knows exactly what it’s like to juggle kids, work, stress, and still try to find a minute for yourself.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to start, to stay consistent, or to even believe you deserve that time… because I’ve been there too.

Strength training changed everything for me.

It gave me confidence, purpose, and a version of myself I didn’t even know existed.
Powerlifting took it to another level — it showed me what’s possible when women step under the bar and realise they’re capable of so much more than they’ve ever been told.
